Rental Terms & Conditions – Rental Zone Motors & Rent a Car

The vehicle will not be delivered after office hours, and a full night’s rent will be charged if not returned in time.

Office Timings:

Summer: 9 AM to 9 PM

Winter: 9 AM to 7 PM

• No vehicle will be handed over without a guarantee.

• For rentals exceeding one day, rent must be paid in advance.

• For monthly rentals, both a personal guarantor and a postdated rental cheque for one month must be provided.

• The renter must provide a copy of their National Identity Card and Driving License at the time of booking.

• The renter must also provide a personal guarantee when receiving the vehicle.

• The vehicle is given in trust to the renter, and rent must be paid in advance.

• The renter must thoroughly inspect the vehicle at the time of pickup and return it in the same condition.

• In case of theft or snatching, both the renter and the guarantor will be liable to pay the full value of the vehicle, as well as the agreed rent until the payment is cleared and a clearance receipt is obtained from Rental Zone Motors & Rent a Car.

• Both the renter and guarantor are responsible for all types of damages to the vehicle.

• In case of an accident, the renter must report to the nearest police station, and in case of a serious accident, must pay damages as per quotation from the motor company. The daily rent will continue during the repair period.

• Keeping illegal items, violating customs regulations, or using the vehicle for criminal activity is strictly prohibited. In such cases, both the renter and guarantor will be held accountable.

• If the renter intentionally disappears with the vehicle, transfers it without permission, or sells it, legal action will be taken against both the renter and the guarantor. All recovery expenses will also be borne by them.

• This agreement cannot be challenged by the renter or guarantor in any court.

• If for any reason the matter reaches the court, all legal expenses will be the responsibility of the renter and guarantor.

• In case of traffic violations or e-challan fines, the renter and guarantor are liable to pay all penalties.

• The renter and guarantor agree to abide by all the above terms and conditions. These terms have been read aloud and explained to both parties.

• Rental Zone Motors reserves the right to reclaim the vehicle at any time.
